FAQ'S
General:
Seaside Pegs design wooden peg dolls and toys for small world and learning through play.
All our wood is responsibly sourced beech wood and we only use the best eco friendly/ Vegan friendly, non-toxic paints and sealants.
All our products are UKCA tested and certified. Our 6.5cm and above are suitable from 12 months. Some of our products will be suitable for 3 years + only and should not be given to children younger as they pose a choke risk.
Shipping:
We offer 48hour tracked shipping through Royal Mail. We have no control over the speed of the delivery and we are unable to refund or resend delayed orders until the statutory amount of time has elapsed. Royal mail currently do not consider lost claims until after 14 working days after the due delivery day.
All our peg dolls are made to order and the general turnaround, excluding customs, is one to two weeks. Custom orders generally take two to three weeks.
Returns & Refunds:

Due to orders being hand made to order there will be slight differences to the final product but this just adds to the uniqueness of your peg doll.
Because our products are made to order we are unable to accept refunds unless they are defective though we would offer replacement first. Once the pegs dolls leave us we are not in control of the delivery process this means if the box gets to your home with completion of tracking but left somewhere unsafe we will help all we can to claim through Royal mail but unless we receive a refund from them we are unable to refund you. Once dispatched you will receive a tracking number where you can arrange a delivery of a safe location if you know you will not be home to receive the product.
